Week one in the books!

Niagara Adventure Camp 2022 has begun! This week has been jam packed with fun and adventure. On opening evening, the campers (and counsellors!) rocked the night away with karaoke, followed by the first campfire at camp. They also received a once in lifetime performance by camp counsellor Tori who demonstrated her rapping skills in an original written about life at NAC.

Our cooks have been working hard to provide our campers with delicious food, and they have not let us down! Cook Mel and Cook Kevin were quick to jump to the different dietary needs of our campers, and provide fantastic meals and snacks all throughout the day.

This week’s excursions have included a trip to the beach for some swimming and lounging in the sun. The campers also visited the quarry for some fishing to prepare for this week’s fishing derby. The highlight excursion of the week was the trip to the farm. The campers were able to play with the cutest little corgi puppies and learn more about the local agriculture.

On campus activities included climbing on the rappel tower, airsoft wars, archery and some highly competitive games of dodgeball, leaving our campers tired from all the fun and ready to hop into bed at night. We are happy to report that the first week was a success, and can’t wait to see what else is in store for NAC this summer! We still have a few remaining spots in our next sessions. Email [email protected] for more info, or call us at 905-386-6203 ext. 221. See you at camp!
