Our Camp Facilities
The Niagara Adventure Camp boasts 168 acres of countryside property set in the heart of the Niagara Region. This rural, remote setting, provides the perfect place for the summer outdoor camp. Take a moment to view the amazing facilities at the camp.
The Camp Grounds
Off the beaten track, the Niagara Adventure Camp is able to make use of the outstanding resources offered by Robert Land Academy. Set in lush woodland and open fields; the setting is perfect for our campers to explore, play and have fun.
In keeping with our ‘getting back to basics’ theme, the facilities are ideal, providing the very best opportunities for our campers to re-discover the joy of playing outside.
Kitchen and Food
Our experienced kitchen team and qualified chefs are able to offer our campers healthy and hearty meals. Head chef Bruce and his team provide a balanced and varied menu specifically designed to meet the needs of our campers. If you have any special dietary requirements or allergies, be sure to include this on the sign up form.
Our dining room offers the chance for our campers to relax together and chat about their day’s activities. Set in the Mess Hall of Robert Land Academy, campers will have the opportunity to experience some of the history of the school, indeed you could be mistaken for thinking you are at Hogwarts!
The Camp Residence
The accommodation offers our campers a bunk bed, locker for clothing and personal effects and a desk. Clean and modern with heating and AC, the rooms are perfect to relax after a hard and rewarding day outside. Each accommodation also offers a common room where boys can get together and play a board game in the evening.
We pride ourselves on the quality of our accommodation, in order to maintain these standards, our campers will be required to conduct morning ‘block jobs’, this involves keeping their bedspace tidy as well as sweeping and cleaning the communal areas.
We are privileged to offer a wide variety of sports and activities. This ranges from team field sports, individual pursuits designed to improve confidence and even mini canoe and hiking expeditions.
We are constantly reviewing our program of activities in order to ensure our campers get the most out of their time with us. As such, no two programs will be the same.
Our list of activities can include: Soccer, basketball, rugby, climbing, rappel tower, try scuba, ball hockey, baseball, football, air rifle shooting, archery, photography, orienteering, mountain biking, field craft skills (shelter and fire construction, fishing) and more.
